Jenille entered the healthcare field as a clinical nutritionist in New York City, where she focused on creating customized meal plans for her patients.

In 2010 she founded Harris Biomedical Solutions, a pharmacogenetics consulting company focused on broadening the use of pharmacogenetics to reduce adverse drug reactions and over utilization of medications in Skilled Nursing facilities.

In 2015 she co-founded Greenlife Healthcare Staffing to address the critical need for skilled healthcare professionals and help healthcare practitioners shape their careers by working with them to find opportunities that best fit their experience, education and needs.

When she’s not at her desk or meeting with candidates or clients, Jenille enjoys practicing mindfulness, and catching up with friends.

Natasha is a finance expert with an extensive background in strategic planning, forecasting, and analyzing financial statements. She has held positions of increasing responsibility and – in addition to serving as Owner and xxx at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing – currently is Senior Finance Manager at WebMD.
