When do I get paid?
If it is a temporary assignment, payment will be issued once the referred candidate has worked at least 500 hours.
If it is a direct-hire, payment will be issued after 90 days of the direct hire start date.
Please keep in mind that hiring in healthcare can take longer than a standard hiring process. Keep in touch with your Delivery Manager if you have questions.
How will I know if my colleague gets hired?
Once the referral is hired, a Greenlife, your Delivery Manager will notify you of the successful referral via email.
How will I receive the funds?
Payment will be made via ACH wire. The GLHS accounting team will contact you for payment information if necessary. Please make sure your information is kept up to date with Greenlife Healthcare Staffing.
Is there a limit on the referrals that I can make?
There is no limit on the number of referrals that you can make.
Each referral must be new to Greenlife Healthcare in order for it to be considered a referral from you. If the person you refer is already in our system, this will not be considered a referral.
Will the referral fee be taxable?
You will receive a 1099 for the referral fee, yes.
How do I ensure I get the credit?
You must provide us with the correct email address for your colleague! It must match the email address they will use to communicate with us. This is how we will identify them, so please be sure the email address they use for job seeking is the email address you provide.
Once you complete the form, your Delivery Manager will reach out to your colleague. If they are a good match for our job, they will enter the referral program.
There will be no referral fee if they have already been referred to us or worked with us previously. Your Delivery Manager will let you know.
